What is your shipping policy?
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Do you exchange or refund?
Refunds are available for 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: PO Box 1584 Paso Robles, CA 93447
Shipping a Returned item

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Are your spices gluten and nut free?
Yes they are! But you'll want to watch out if you're extra sensitive- the spices have been mixed in machines that could have been used for wheat and nut products.
How do I order wholesale?
Discounts are offered on the "Shop" page for cases. If you want to purchase a large order, give us a call or write an email and we'll see how we can partner with you.
